Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and order volume.
Estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of our control.
PurrTail Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you with the next steps.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
PurrTail Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
