At PurrTail Co., we want you to love your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Free from damage, stains or signs of wear
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Because our product is a furry car accessory, items that have been used on a vehicle, exposed to dirt, weather, smoke, or pet hair may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed car tail accessories
  • Items damaged by improper use or installation
  • Items exposed to outdoor conditions after use
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.

Installation Disclaimer

PurrTail Co. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsafe placement, or failure to follow product instructions.

Please make sure the tail is securely attached and does not block your license plate, lights, sensors, camera, or visibility.
